The company wants to increase ticket sales via the internet from the current 6% to at least 40% in the forthcoming years. For now, thanks to the virtual assistant, the number of question directed to LOT’s e-commerce department, has fallen by 70%.
InteliWISE, the company which created the avatar, is constantly working on its perfection. The biggest problem is creating the knowledge base and teaching the avatar says Marcin Strzałkowski, CEO.”
Within the next two years the Virtual Stewardess will be not only be providing clients with information, but also selling tickets.
