The Virtual Stewardess from LOT Polish Airlines, Catherine, is about to start selling tickets on the internet. „In the future we want the bot to be on the frontline of customer care, and only if the client can't get a correct answer, will they be connected with a human consultant” - says Rafał Dutkiewicz from LOT.
Analysts from Jupiter Research estimate that companies will spend about 3 bln $ in 2010 on software for online customer care.
In the next few years, InteliWISE wants to see an income of over 10 mln $ yearly. Thanks to the debut on NewConnect, the company has already gained 5 mln $ and is negotiating with more potential clients, amongst them a huge American trade netwok from FM CG branch.
