The LOT Polish Airlines in-flight magazine, Kaleidoscope from August 2007, prints an article about LOT new service – Virtual Stewardess. I was developed by innovative AI technology of InteliWISE, that created Avatar, i.e. Virtual Person. Virtual Stewardess is able to answer freely worded questions related to ticket reservations and purchases, services, the flight and many others. LOT is the first airline in Europe to use the InteliWISE product, to help customers on its web pages.
