InteliWISE shareholders at NewConnect signed an agreement, on the strength of which they would not sell their shares until July 17th 2009. The lockup covers 80,1% of the shares, as the agreement was signed by Sokrates Inwestycje, Marcin Strzałkowski and Marek Trojanowicz. The agreement was not signed by Asseco Poland, which however has no intention to withdraw their assets for the time being. InteliWISE informs that the agreement was the company's answer to the recession on the stock market.
InteliWISE has plans of expansion to the American and Asian markets.
“We intend to incorporate with Comex, which has been active in Taiwan for 15 years. We are also working to acquire local distributors” – says InteliWISE CEO. Entering the American market will be possible thanks to the agreement with Intel Capital.
“It will allow us to present our offer directly to big partners” – says Strzałkowski.
