Approximately a thousand participants took part in NewConnect Convention on Friday, 25th July 2008. The meeting brought together investors, companies interested in the alternative stock market and companies that are already present on NewConnect. The Convention goes in line with the Warsaw Stock Exchange strategy aimed at reforming NwC and improving the exchange.

The day was filled with presentations of companies present on the market, like InteliWISE S.A., as well as the ones that want to debut there. The time between the presentations was occupied by trainings for investors and company representatives.
