Instead of laboriously searching for the desired information on the World Wide Web, the user can simply ask the assistant in his own natural way, i. e. by writing ''How can I contact a reresentative?'' ''Who is in the management?'' ''What is the telephone number to your company?''. The InteliWISE assistant, thanks to its ability to recognize natural language, (NLP) Natural Language Processing and its advanced system of managing basic knowledge and multimedia bases, can identify commands and simplify contact between the user and the service. Additionally, thanks to speech synthesis, it anwers with a pleasant, female voice.

The assistant's unique interactivity and “almost human” look is a result of InteliASSISTANT technology in a 'Virtual Humans' framework; which is based on combining the unique engine, management of basic knowledge and multimedia bases, a full video stream and user friendly dialogue/conversation.
