AvaGuide.net is to be the first portal in the world offering virtual employees. The application, featuring interactive video, speech synthesis and knowledge base, compliant to Semantic Web / Web3.0, will be available for less than $20/month.
Every entrepreneur or web designer will be able to create an application representing a virtual employee in less than twenty minutes. Their task is to answer the most important and frequent questions, help with navigation around the corporate website and present the company's products.
To create the application, any given person (including the creator himself/herself) can be recorded using a webcam. The video talking character can also be chosen from the portfolio of the professionally prepared models. The virtual employee is fully programmable – any text input is automatically converted into the speech synthesis. The dialogue is complaint to Semantic Web / Web3.0 guidelines and stored in RDF container, which can be handled using various applications (including other than web browsers), artificial intelligence systems, semantic applications. Thanks to that, the website is not ignored during semantic search and the web user seeking information can find exactly what they were looking for.
“Until now, a small business had to pay tens of thousands of dollars for interactive video on their website. We offer our technology for as little as a dozen dollars per month" – says Marek Trojanowicz, InteliWISE CTO.
"Thanks to AvaGuide.net, small businesses will be able to launch on their websites an interactive video application that both looks excellent and constitutes the first step towards automatisation of customer service.”
In the first phase of deployment, the portal is to be launched in English and Chinese. InteliWISE is to open its local branch in Taiwan that will, along with other partners, supervise the introduction of the application onto the market.
“The number of web users in Taiwan and in Mainland China exceeded 250 million, which is more than in the United States, and the percentage of broadband users in Taiwan is 80%. Taiwan, with Chinese language and widespread use of avatars is a key market for us on which we want to test, optimise and develop our application" – says Marcin Strzałkowski, InteliWISE CEO.
"Creating a branch in Taiwan, located in Taipei, will allow us to cooperate with the local partners and lay a foundation to the future success on that market.”
