Created by InteliWISE, a Virtual Stewardess, is now helping passengers on LOT Polish Airlines' English website. Let us remember that six months ago www.lot.com was the first airline in Europe to employ an avatar to serve Polish travelers. To date, thanks to the virtual assistant, the number of question received by LOT’s contact centre, has fallen by 70%. We hope that the English speaking InteliWISE AVATAR (seen at www.lot.com) will help to increase this percentage even more.
LOT intends to engage the Virtual Stewardess' help in the sale of tickets.
As with all their products, InteliWISE is constantly working on upgrades for the avatar, teaching it more and widening its knowledge bases.
