InteliWISE was founded in 2005. The main shareholders of the company are its founders: Marek Borzestowski, Marcin Strzałkowski and Marek Trojanowicz. The minority investors are i.a. Asseco Poland. InteliWISE creates innovative technologies for data searching, to optimize the processes of on-line customer care and electronic sales. Their solutions use Artificial Intelligence algorithms and the semantic web. Its products introduce new standards in customer care and Internet searching, based on the third generation web, the so called Web 3.0.
The company conducted a private offer, which met high interest. Despite that, because of proclaims, many of potential investors couldn't take part in the private offer.
„We are glad that we've achieved a set goal and that private offer of InteliWISE shares has met such a great investors' interest. The capital we gained will be invested in the intellectual potential. We are not interested in high-class offices or complicated hardware. For us, further development through implementing new ideas is far more important; and this can only take place with a highly educated staff” - says InteliWISE Inc. CEO Marcin Strzałkowski. „Naturally, a considerable amount of money will be allocated to sales channel development, because only the salable technology can succeed on the global market” - he added.
„It is very optimistic, that despite the overall bad situation on financial markets, we were able to effectively “close the deal”. This confirms the trust which the investors have in our company. I would like to note that the only reason we didn't sell all of our shares was the private offering law limitation. We had to reject several investors who were also interested in getting our shares. Currently we are in preparation for reaching our emission goals” adds Marek Trojanowicz, InteliWISE Inc. CTO.
Finally the C series shares were acquired by 44 new shareholders, the total number of shares acquired was 488 915, and the total income from the C series shares was 4,9 million polish złoty. InteliWISE founders, aware of the importance of online solutions based on artificial intelligence, do not intend to get rid of their shares in this early stage of InteliWISE development.

„In the last few years we have been focusing a lot on development of our own technology. Similar companies located in the Silicon Valley show revenue after about 2 or 3 years” – says Marek Borzestowski, co-founder of InteliWISE Inc. “If we take a look at such companies as Google, Yahoo or Skype we see an analogical pattern of progress. In 1997 Amazon.com issued shares worth 1,5$. Nowadays its market price is 73$. Our company, which develops advanced software, is classified as so called Internet/Web 3.0. Recent statements of experts, for example Bill Gates', prove that we are among the innovative companies which lead the way for new technologies. On the behalf of the InteliWISE founders, I would also like to assure, that we will not sell our shares as we believe in the company's development and the success of this business venture.”

The Penetrator Brokerage House, which is the Authorized InteliWISE Advisor, was also the private offering advisor.
