The company will qualify to float shares on the NewConnnect market. InteliWISE's debut is planned for the second half of March 2008.
InteliWISE was founded in 2005. The main shareholders of the company are its founders: Marek Borzestowski, Marcin Strzałkowski and Marek Trojanowicz. The minority investors are i. a. Prokom Software/Asseco. InteliWISE creates innovative technologies for data searching, to optimize the processes of on-line customer care and electronic sales. Their solutions use Artificial Intelligence algorithms and the semantic web. Its products introduce new standards in customer care and internet searching, based on the third generation web, the so called Web 3.0.

„Despite the dominating position of Google in the area of data search, experts around the world claim that algorithms and data search technologies are still in the stages of early developement and that one should expect new, more intuitive and intelligent search tools" – said Marek Trojanowicz, InteliWISE CTO. "The products we are creating are based on natural language analysis algorithms and interactive virtual agents, consultants and salesmen placed on websites. Our products are most applicable to clients who use eCRM, eCustomer Service and eCommerce applications.”

InteliWISE solutions are succesfully implemented on LOT Polish Airlines' website, were in the pilot project we managed to automate more than 50% of on-line contacts.
The company has built a technological platform, enabling the implementation of the above solutions beyond internet services – into multimedia information stands, one of which is displayed in the NewConnect quotation room in the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The other area of implementation for the technology is cellular telephony – through video transmission in 3G/UMTS.

Based on the intelligent solution for corporate clients, the company has also created a product for the mass market – the English language service www.avatou.com, which makes it possible to place one's own personalized video-avatar on different sites: i.a. community, dating, auctions, youtube.com, myspace.com. The Company plans expansion into the Asian mass market (China, Taiwan). In order to do this, a Chinese service version is being drawn up.

InteliWISE Inc. is the partner of leading interactive agencies and distribution networks, cooperating with search technology companies, speech synthesis suppliers and science institutes. The developement centre is situated in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.
